Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Handle courier services, mail distribution, and other front-office activities.

Secretarial & Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain office records, documents, and files.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute to relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure compliance with company policies.

Office Coordination & Support:

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance personnel.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as billing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and presentable at all times.
