We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to join our team. This key role will support the day-to-day operations of our consulting office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a background in office management, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer calls and emails.
• Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for various projects and operational processes.
• Draft, review, and sign agreements in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
• Prepare and issue invoices for consulting services, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with free zone authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and facilitate smooth operations.
• Post relevant information and updates on LinkedIn to enhance the company’s online presence and engage with our audience.
• Qualifications:
• Excellent command of the English language is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Dubai is a significant plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in office management or a similar role, preferably within a business consulting environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
