Description



To provide support to all officers and assistance in performance of their official duties. Conducting visitors, providing promptly water, tea, beverages and other needs. Maintain cleanliness of office equipment and furniture.
§ Make coffee/tea for office staffs
§ Prepares the list of kitchen supplies needed and forward it to the Admin Department for processing
§ Arrange delivery of office and kitchen supplies and put in stock cabinets
§ Handles the kitchen equipment’s/utensils and maintain cleanliness of the same
§ Photocopying of documents for office staff when instructed to do so
§ Provide assistance for company furnishings needed to be moved or transferred from one place to another
§ Report maintenance requests and complaints to Admin and Supervisor
§ Deliver office supplies from Reception stock/supply area to concerned staffs

Qualifications



§ Experience in the same position for at least 2 yrs.
§ Ability to work with minimum supervision
§ Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the job requirements
§ Ability to demonstrate: Literacy and Numeracy (Basic)
§ Must display good manners and tidiness
§ 5 star banquet experience or star restaurant experience.
§ Must possess good communications skills.
§ Middle East experience will be preferred but is not essential.
