Job Title: Office Executive (Gulf & Near East)
Location: Dubai
Contract :12 Months ( renewable)
  
 
About the Role
Company is  seeking for  a proactive and organized Office Executive to manage administrative functions, front desk operations, office maintenance, and finance support across the Gulf and Near East region. This role is vital for maintaining a well-functioning office environment and supporting cross-functional teams, including Finance and HR.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations, reception, and couriers; coordinate meetings and travel.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is organized, stocked, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Financial Administration: Handle petty cash, track office expenses, and support vendor payments.
  • HR & Employee Support: Assist with onboarding, workspace setups, and office events.

 
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience in office management, ideally within a multinational company.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, SAP, and general office equipment.
