Job Description



Eton Institute, Abu Dhabi branch is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations by handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer and direct phone calls, and greet visitors with professionalism. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. Monitor and manage office supply inventory, reordering as necessary. Assist in scheduling meetings and managing the classroom calendar. Support daily office operations, including classroom arrangements. Assist with any additional clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Candidate must be living in Abu Dhabi and ready to commute to Yas Island Institute 5 days a week
