Job Description
We seek a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform various basic administrative and housekeeping tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of office areas, including restrooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Assist with the setup of meeting rooms, including arranging furniture and providing refreshments.
- Manage and organize office supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked.
- Run errands, such as going to the market or purchasing office necessities.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
- Deliver and collect documents both within and outside the office.
- Support other staff with administrative tasks as required.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and snacks to staff and visitors.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of office procedures and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
