Job Description

We are looking for a versatile employee to join our team in a wholesale company specializing in perfume export. Based at our warehouse in the Sharjah Sajaa Industrial Area, you will handle key administrative and logistical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
• Order preparation: Picking and packing products according to customer orders.
• Generating FedEx shipping labels: Creating and managing shipment labels for outgoing packages.
• Inventory updates: Daily tracking of stock entries and exits.
• Customer invoicing: Preparing and managing client invoices.
• Delivery coordination: Organizing shipments with suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Customs communication: Managing emails and resolving potential parcel blockages with customs.
• Administrative support: Assisting with filing, data entry, and other general office tasks as needed.

Conditions:
• Salary: 3,000 AED/month.
• Benefits: Accommodation, three daily meals, and visa provided.
• Work location: Warehouse in Sharjah.
