We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Jewellery Gold Trading Industry.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Basic accounting knowledge (buying, selling, and trading).
• Familiarity with printing and document preparation.
• Basic English skills for communication.
• Willingness to learn our Arabic-based accounting software (training provided).
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and process transactions in gold trading.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and document handling.
• Learn and operate the company’s accounting software.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
