We are seeking a dynamic Office and Operations Manager to oversee our office activities and manage our operational workforce of 50+ employees. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in the laundry industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the office and team.
  • Lead and inspire a team of 50+ employees to achieve performance and efficiency goals.
  • Develop and implement effective operational processes and strategies tailored to the laundry business.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
  • Handle employee relations, including training, performance reviews, and team development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for management and staff queries.

Requirements

  • Must be an Indian male with prior experience in the laundry industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Organizational and multitasking expertise.
  • Proficiency in operational planning and execution.
