Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the office and team.
- Lead and inspire a team of 50+ employees to achieve performance and efficiency goals.
- Develop and implement effective operational processes and strategies tailored to the laundry business.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflows.
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
- Handle employee relations, including training, performance reviews, and team development.
- Act as the primary point of contact for management and staff queries.
Requirements
- Must be an Indian male with prior experience in the laundry industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
