We’re Hiring Office Administrator – The Administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
- Office operations.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval of documents.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information.
- Maintaining HR records.
- Managing job posting.
- Payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Arrange meetings and prepare minutes.
- Prepare quotations and PR tracker.
- Communication liaison: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing information and directing requests to appropriate departments and personnel.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience in MS Office.
- Proficiency in accounting and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
