Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support daily operations in our ferrous and non-ferrous metals business. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, handle documentation, and support procurement, logistics, and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Office Management:
- Oversee general office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, invoices, and customer orders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
- Assist in HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and handling payroll processing.
Procurement & Inventory Support:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for purchasing raw materials and supplies.
- Maintain records of stock levels for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments and update inventory systems.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:
- Work closely with transport companies to schedule deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and export/import paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with local and international metal trading regulations.
