Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support daily operations in our ferrous and non-ferrous metals business. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, handle documentation, and support procurement, logistics, and customer service functions.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Office Management:

  • Oversee general office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Maintain organized records of transactions, invoices, and customer orders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
  • Assist in HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and handling payroll processing.


Procurement & Inventory Support:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for purchasing raw materials and supplies.
  • Maintain records of stock levels for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
  • Track incoming and outgoing shipments and update inventory systems.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Work closely with transport companies to schedule deliveries.
  • Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and export/import paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international metal trading regulations.
