Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Off-Plan Property Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team. The Off-Plan Property Specialist will play a key role in identifying, marketing, and selling off-plan properties to prospective buyers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the off-plan property market, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to provide expert guidance to clients throughout the off-plan property purchasing process.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify off-plan property investment opportunities, including market trends, developer reputations, and potential returns on investment.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote off-plan properties to potential buyers, utilizing various channels such as digital marketing, social media, and property exhibitions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, providing expert advice and guidance on off-plan property investments, including location analysis, project features, payment plans, and potential risks and rewards.
  • Conduct presentations and property tours for clients, showcasing off-plan projects and explaining the benefits of investing in pre-construction properties.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and terms with buyers and developers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to off-plan property transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally throughout the purchasing process.
  • Oversee the entire off-plan property transaction process from initial contact to closing, coordinating with developers, buyers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with developers, real estate agencies, financial institutions, and other industry professionals to expand the network and generate off-plan property leads.
