Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Arabic-speaking Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with patients to improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments. This role involves assessing patients conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing therapy to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, mental, and social capabilities and determine their needs.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to enhance patients' ability to perform daily activities.
• Educate patients and their families on how to manage their conditions and improve functionality.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in occupational therapy practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Abu Dhabi.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with advancements in the field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Certification in specialized areas of occupational therapy (e.g., pediatric, geriatric, neurological).
• Knowledge of the healthcare system in Abu Dhabi and relevant regulations.
