Nurse Practitioner

• Conduct thorough physical assessments and histories of patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment regimens as needed
• Provide patient education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention
• Document patient care, treatments, and progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay informed about advancements in the field
