As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services to eligible staff members and their dependants. The role emphasizes routine health surveillance, pre-employment medical examinations, effective management of chronic conditions and health promotion activities. The nurse will collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to address any healthcare needs of patients, ensure staff meet fitness standards and appropriately refer patients to medical teams for further evaluation. Additionally, the nurse must be prepared to respond to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and coordinating with emergency services as needed ensuring the safety and wellbeing.
In this role, you will: 


  • Conduct pre-employment and periodic health evaluations for aviation and engineering personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform assessments of physical fitness, mental health, and overall well-being, documenting findings accurately.
  • Work closely with management, safety officers, and other healthcare professionals to address health concerns and promote a safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding health programs, policies, and any health-related concerns.
  • Conduct routine medicals for employees who require airside driving licencing.
  • Perform health surveillance for employees who may be exposed to hazards in the workplace.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient’s assessments and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed by the doctor and monitor patient responses.
