Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse to join our dynamic team at our Clinic in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. This role requires a professional with a strong background in nursing, combined with specialized training and experience in aesthetic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
  

  
  
  • Conduct thorough consultations, including skin assessments and treatment planning.
    
  • Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
    
  • Monitor patient progress and respond to any concerns or complications.
    

• Aesthetic Treatments:
  

  
  
  • Administer aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
    
  • Assist physicians with advanced procedures when necessary.
    
  • Maintain a clean and sterile environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
    

• Clinical Operations:
  

  
  
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms.
    
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper stock levels for daily operations.
    
  • Assist in the development and implementation of clinic protocols and procedures.
    

• Patient Education:
  

  
  
  • Educate patients on available treatments, potential side effects, and expected outcomes.
    
  • Promote healthy skincare routines and lifestyle choices that enhance aesthetic results.
    

• Team Collaboration:
  

  
  
  • Work closely with the medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
    
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques and technologies.
    

Qualifications:

• Education:
  

  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
    
  • Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) nursing license or eligibility for licensure.
    

• Experience:
  

  
  
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 2 year in an aesthetic or dermatology setting.
    
  • Proven experience in administering aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, and laser therapies.
    

• Skills:
  

  
  
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    
  • Attention to detail and a high level of precision in performing treatments.
    
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
