Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neurologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of neurological disorders and diseases, including their diagnosis, treatment, and management. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, treat, and manage disorders of the nervous system, including the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves.
  
• Provide care for patients with conditions such as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, migraines, stroke, and Alzheimer’s disease.
  
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests such as MRI, CT scans, EEGs, EMGs, and lumbar punctures.
  
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including medications, therapies, and, when necessary, surgical interventions.
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neurosurgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive patient care.
  
• Stay up-to-date on advancements in neurology and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
  
• Educate patients and their families on neurological conditions and the importance of adherence to treatment plans.
  
• Participate in the hospital’s quality improvement programs and contribute to the development of protocols for the treatment of neurological disorders.
  
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
  

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  
• Board certification in Neurology.
  
• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to practice in Dubai or eligibility to obtain one.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in neurology post-specialization.
  
• Proficiency in interpreting and utilizing advanced diagnostic technologies.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide compassionate care to patients and families.
