Network & Security Lead

We are currently recruiting for an Network and Security Lead for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.

Job Purpose:

The job holder is responsible for Support and Enhancement of Network and Security Support Services.

Responsibilities:

• Configuration of Palo Alto, Fortigate, firewalls & Cisco IPS.
  Design of network & security solutions
• Configuration and management of IP Telephony network like
  CUCM, UCCX
• Configuration of Cisco routers and switches (creation of vlan , trunk interfaces ,routing etc)
• Configuration of Mcafee proxy , RSA , Pulse Secure VPN
• Configuration of F5 LTM, WAF, ASM which includes creation of virtual server , pools ,load balancing etc
• Management of Cortex XDR EDR solution which includes upgrades , isolation of endpoints ,addition of IOC’s etc
• Management of Call recording solution (Calabrio and Imagicle)
• Troubleshooting of network & security issues on premise and cloud
• Management of Cisco Wireless Solution
• Management of NAC solution
• Management of email security appliance (Cisco ESA)
• Liase with Vendors for network or security enhancement
• Management of Etisalat links connectivity (MPLS/ Leaseline/ PRI/ ADSL) of colocation data center, DR site, branches and head office.
• Network changes at primary site due to DR Drill or in BCP situation.
• VAPT fixes and remediation highlighted by Risk team.
• Responsible to maintain the Network, security and links in distributed environment. Make sure all the Appliances are running 24/7.
• Network/security hardware maintenance and backup.
• Day to day actual bandwidth consumption checks.
• Maintain technical design documents, including technical specifications, technology refresh instructions, migrations tickets, POC’s and results, etc. according to established standards and templates.
