Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

• Network Executive Product/Solution Manager will be mainly responsible for prompt Network(IP/WDM) products and solution market position and achieves financial growth.

• Network Executive Product/Solution Manager will define Network marketing and sales strategy, engage with customer in technical and commercial perspective, deep insight the Network market and operator, help operator to build cost effective network and achieving business success.

• Network Executive Product/Solution Manager will work with forward-thinking, committed team members to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization. And your success is reflected in sales achievements and long-term customer relationships.


Compulsory Responsibilities


• Develop and execute the sales strategy and implement tactical plans. Engages effectively with customer on Network domain: Network planning, implementation, marketing, and RFx Responding.

• Excellence communication skill between customer and R&D team is required: Closely engage with decision makers within key customers in MTN articulating Huawei’s innovative vision. Directly engage with key customers in MTN to drive large, complex deals, and work with R&D HQ team to customize and innovate solutions fits for MTN account dept.

•Drive annual sales within your area of responsibility with significant growth YoY through new opportunities engagement and inventory management.

 

Other Competencies/Attributes:


• Excellent communication skill, team work and international culture adaptability

• Solid knowledge in WDM/OTN, IP/MPLS, Routing, VPN, IP + Optical Synergy, etc. Pre-sales technical support experience in such companies is preferred: Cisco, Nokia, Juniper, etc.

• Solid knowledge in New IP protocols is preferred, such as Segment Routing/ SRv6, EVPN, iFIT/Telemetry, and Netconf / Yang

• Solid knowledge in New WDM technologies is preferred, such as C + L, ROADM, ASON, EDFA and OTDR

• Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets through successful sales teams.

• Ability to understand, articulate and position the value of a technology-based solution to the customer.

 

 

Required Education / Qualifications:



• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IP or WDM, Engineering or any telecom related qualification will be an advantage

• More than 3 years working experience in technical sales experience in Network domain including WDM, mobile backhaul, IP Core, Data Centre Networking and network security solution (Firewall, Anti-DDOS etc.)

• Preferred in HCIE / HCIP, CCIE / CCIP and other qualification certificates
