Job Description
- Responsible for implementation and support computer Network and Security including Local Area Network (LAN), Wireless LAN , Data Center Networking, Wide Area Network (WAN) and Security Firewalls.
- Handle support jobs related to Network, Security and Wireless.
- Handle Project Implementation work assigned.
- Provide hardware and software support for CNS customers.
- Advise the customer for any enhancements
- Vendor Coordination on Hardware/Software Replacement/ Support
- Additional solutions or recommendations for enhancement.
- Provide training if required for the customers.
- Provide inputs for design.
- Prepare Scope of work for implementation.
- Conduct site surveys and meetings with the customers.
- Implement active network for customers.
- Provide training for customers.
- Infrastructure Management and Support for CNS
- Design and implement active network for CNS
- Support on any hardware and software related issues for CNS
- Recommend enhancements for CNS infrastructure
- Training for CNS staff and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Electronics.
- Active CCIE Security certification (LAB Exam Qualified).
- Active Fortinet NSE 4, NSE 5 and NSE 7.
- Preferably hold CCNP Wireless or Cisco Meraki.
- Preferably hold the F5 certification (LTM/ASM Certification).
- Preferably hold Palo Alto Network Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE).

Skills & Professional Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to produce presentation to deliver the Training and Technical Solutions.
- Ability to lead technical discussion and workshops with internal teams, customers and vendors.
- Ability to share knowledge and educate the team member as well as customers regarding to the new business challenges, technologies and solutions.
Experience Requirements:
- Good knowledge and hands on experience on various networking and security technologies and products like Router, Switches, Firewall and Enterprise Wireless LAN Products.
- Good Knowledge and hands on experience on Cisco ACI.
- Good knowledge on SDWAN technology on (Fortinet and Cisco).
- Strong hands on skills on Routing and Switching, SSL offloading, Web Application Firewall and Application Policy Manager, IPSEC and SSL VPN products, SIEM , Sandboxing products , Intrusion Prevention Systems , Email Security Appliance , Web Security Appliance , Multi Factor Authentication, NAC, LTM/GTM.
- Field experience on requirement gathering / analysis.
- Strong skills to prepare the High level document and Low Level documents.
- Good Knowledge of security related protocols (SSL, IPSEC, SSH).
- Good Knowledge and hands on experience of Fortigate Firewall / FortiMail on the OCI Cloud.
