The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation of our network systems, provide technical support, and proactively identify opportunities for technological improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network systems, including firewalls, VPNs, and servers
- Implement best practices for network management, control, and security.
- Provide technical support and solutions for IT-related issues.
- Oversee backup and recovery strategies to prevent data loss.
- Optimize system performance and recommend improvements.
