This position requires a deep understanding of kidney health, as well as the ability to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical examinations. Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostics to formulate accurate diagnoses. Manage treatment plans for conditions such as chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, and electrolyte abnormalities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support for patients. Educate patients and their families about kidney health, treatment options, and preventative measures. Engage in continuous professional development and stay abreast of advancements in nephrology. Participate in research initiatives to explore innovative treatments and improve patient care methodologies.
