Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly F​emale receptionist for one of our resort client in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and preferably of Nepali or Myanmar nationality. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.Answer and direct phone calls, managing inquiries effectively.Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process for guests.Manage appointment schedules and coordinate reservations.Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:


Female candidates preferred.
Nepali and Myanmar nationalities preferred.Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is an advantage.
Previous (6 months to 1 year experience) as a receptionist or in a customer service role is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
