NAT000006 ) JOB PURPOSE The Nationalization Manager is responsible for leading the nationalization strategy by developing, implementing, and refining policies and initiatives that support the recruitment, integration, and retention of national employees. He/she collaborates closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with Azadea’s objectives while fostering a work environment that supports the growth and development of national talents. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and continuous refinement of Azadea’s nationalization strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader objectives and driving the long-term success of nationalization efforts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement nationalization policies and procedures, providing advisory support to ensure their effective application across the organization. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to line managers, equipping them with the skills needed to effectively support the growth and success of national employees. Manage the department’s budget, set clear objectives , and ensure the efficient allocation of resources to support nationalization initiatives. Oversee internal surveys and market research while collaborating with HR professionals to ensure the nationalization program aligns with industry best practices. Develop insightful metrics and detailed analytical reports, offering actionable data on the progress and effectiveness of the nationalization initiatives. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to nationalization initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and government regulations. LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Language Proficiency Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office . EDUCATION EXPERIENCE General Experience Seven to nine years of experience in Human Resources, or a similar role. Managerial Experience Four years of experience in a managerial role.
