Mystery Shopper - Dec 2024

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mystery Shopper to join our team for assignments in the Gulf region. As a Mystery Shopper, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and ensuring the quality standards of hotels through discreet observations and detailed reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of hotels within the Gulf region - Mecca and Madinah.
• Evaluate service quality, adherence to standards, and overall guest experience.
• Thoroughly document observations and findings in comprehensive reports.
• Provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing service excellence.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hotel operations or hospitality-related roles.
• Exceptional report-writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong observational and analytical abilities.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time assignments.
