Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and maintain Murex system integrations with external and internal platforms, such as trading, market data, and risk management systems.
  • Ensure that data from various sources is correctly mapped, transformed, and loaded into Murex to support business processes such as trade lifecycle management, risk, and accounting.
  • Build and manage interfaces between Murex and other systems, using Murex's integration tools and technologies (e.g., MxML, MQ, Web Services).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand integration requirements, ensuring Murex solutions align with business goals and workflows.
  • Provide second/third-line support for integration issues, performing root-cause analysis, and ensuring the quick resolution of any integration-related problems.
  • Perform testing of integrations, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end validation to ensure functionality and performance meet expectations.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of integrations to ensure scalability and minimize latency across systems.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Ensure that all integration solutions are compliant with internal and external regulations, as well as security best practices.
