I am working with a Technology company that requires a MuleSoft Integration Specialist to join them on an initial 6-month contract:

As a MuleSoft Integration Specialist, you will provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for MuleSoft integration solutions, collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure optimal performance and seamless operation of their MuleSoft environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely and effective support for MuleSoft integration solutions, addressing and resolving technical issues.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of MuleSoft applications and environments to ensure high availability.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of MuleSoft applications and components.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve integration challenges.
• Analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose and fix issues.
• Maintain and update technical documentation related to MuleSoft integrations and support processes.
• Participate in on-call support rotations and handle escalations as required.
• Continuously improve support processes to enhance service quality.
• Stay up-to-date with MuleSoft updates, patches, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule runtime, API Manager, and Design Center.
• Strong understanding of API design principles and RESTful web services.
• Experience with integration patterns and best practices.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and data transformation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Certifications:

• MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) or other relevant certifications.
