Job Description
• Setup, fine-tune, and maintain the monitoring and observability tools at the customer site (mainly Dynatrace EPM).
• Real-time network monitoring and management
• Real-time servers and storage monitoring
• Real-time application and database monitoring and management
• Real-time traceability and dependency analysis of various applications/assets
• Highlight root causes and bottlenecks impacting the systems/reasons for failures
• Transaction journey mapping
• Predict application failures and performance degradationPreferred Technical Resources: Candidates should have a good understanding of running, managing, and supporting the following applications/tools from a monitoring and observability perspective:• T24 Core Banking System
