About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team for a leading banking client in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, and integrations, ensuring seamless digital transformation and process automation in a banking environment.


Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field

 Experience


  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including design, development, and implementation

Technical Skills


  • Develop and customize PowerApps, Power Automate Flows for Customer Service Management.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather and implement requirements.
  • Maintain Model-Driven and Canvas Apps for customer service.
  • Use Power Automate for managing entities and business logic.
  • Automate workflows with Power Automate.
  • Customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service for better case management.
  • Integrate Power Platforms with external systems.
  • Optimize app performance and maintain security best practices.
  • Java hands on experience for customizing PowerApps
  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Finance and Operations.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and integrations.
  • Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Hands-on experience with Dataverse.

 Functional Skills


  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or higher certifications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Product Implementation experience with best practices of security
  • Propose best solutions that meets business users requirements
  • Experience in Agile methodology.
  • Quality Assurance: Ability to conduct rigorous quality assurance testing to ensure intents work as expected and provide accurate responses.

Soft Skills


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivator and self-starter,   Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
  • Communication Skills: Clear communication is important for collaborating with stakeholders, understanding user requirements, and documenting intents effectively
  • Creativity: Designing intuitive and user-friendly intents requires creative thinking to anticipate user interactions and craft appropriate responses
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills aid in creating accurate intents that cover various user scenarios.
  • Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
