Job Description

As a Mortgage Executive, you will play a key role in revolutionizing the mortgage industry by leveraging digital tools to streamline processes and provide exceptional service to clients. Your responsibilities will include generating high-quality mortgage and home finance leads, collaborating with real estate brokers, and ensuring seamless client experiences throughout the mortgage process.

  • Generate mortgage and home finance leads through innovative digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and real estate brokers to expand business networks.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within the digital mortgage ecosystem.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns tailored to promote mortgage services.
  • Assist clients in completing necessary documentation using our digital tools.
  • Provide exceptional customer service post-closure and during after-sales processes.
  • Stay updated on industry changes through ongoing training and adapt to digital advancements


Skills

  • UAE experience is required. Only candidates with prior work experience in the UAE's mortgage or real estate industry will be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the mortgage industry.
  • Proven communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel for daily reporting and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for mortgage processes is an advantage.
