About Dubai Foundation for Women and Children:

   The Dubai Foundation for Women and Children is the first authorized non-profit shelter and humanitarian care in the United Arab Emirates to care for women and children who are victims of domestic violence, child abuse, and victims of human trafficking. It was established in late 2007 in order to provide victims with immediate shelter, protection and support services, in accordance with international human rights conventions.

• Monitor the work process and work standards and conduct inspection in the department on regular basis
• Receive, monitor and review clients and employees complaints and suggestions, and report them to the C&R Director

§Measure, monitor, and oversee the Care & Rehab Department Electronic System KPIs (Case Management System, Case Transfer System).

§Carry out and follow up with the Excellence Department regarding all the requirements, reports, methodologies, and process maps.

§Follow up on the strategic KPIs for the department and prepare them on a quarterly basis for the department director's review and approval.

§Carry out the process of client satisfaction studies in the department on an annual under the direction and supervision of the department director.

• A bachelor's Degree in Social Work counseling, etc.
• years of work experience in the field
• Previous experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams and cultures
