Job Description
This role will be the focal point for major projects for mobilizations and work closely with Assistant Manager, Administration & Personnel Affairs and HRBP to become focal person for recruitment campaigns to meet the project manpower requirements and ensure readiness of resources for offshore mobilization, field breaks and rotation plans and other general personnel affairs.
Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to;
- As per approved recruitment plans for projects, coordinate with manpower agencies and travel to different countries and participate in recruitment campaigns and assist project teams in selection of resources. This requires provide information of salaries and benefits to selected candidates and negotiate as per the approved ranges for the project.
- Assist in creation of positions in SmartRecruiters and coordinate with candidates and arrange the interviews and complete the selection process through system till issuance of offers.
- Coordinate with manpower agencies and ensure the candidate readiness, this involves follow up with candidates and manpower agencies and complete the pre-requisites before boarding.
- Keep track of offers issued, accepted and documents received from candidates. Verify documents and submit to ADM personnel for further process.
- Coordinate with candidates for mobilization readiness to UAE, this requires coordinating the hotel booking, ticket bookings, camp accommodation arrangements.
- Post mobilization coordinate with candidates, complete onboarding formalities, arrange batches for medical, HSE or other ADNOC offshore medical / trainings.
- Assistant Manager, Administration & Personnel Affairs and HRBP in other day to day coordination activities and personnel affairs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, BBA or B.Com
- 05-07 years of experience and at least 03 years in UAE with similar responsiblities in oil & gas / petrochemical or construction industry.

- Experience level: 05-07 years.
- Experience of recruitment campaigns within UAE or outside UAE
- HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Skills & Professional Requirements
- Knowledge of general guidelines of overseas mobilization and local government authorities requirements.
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Knowledge
- Presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
