Mobile Technician

We are looking for a Level 2 – Level 4 Mobile Phone Technician with UAE based experience (preferably in Ras Al Khaimah) of at least 2 years and above.

The candidate should have the following important qualifications and requirements:

Ability to repair mobile phones and tablets, especially Apple iPhones and iPads

Ability to repair Face ID, Mother Board, Chip removal, Audio IC, Water damage related issues and so on would be a very good added advantage

Experience in all hardware and software related repairs (data transfer, pattern removal, FRP lock, phone recovery and so on)

Previous experience in the UAE for at least 2 years

In depth knowledge about different models, old and new especially iPhone and Samsung series

Ability to rectify issues within customers devices quickly and provide solution

Must have knowledge about multiple suppliers in the wholesale market and idea about pricing of spare parts

Must have knowledge about all tools and machineries used

Must be flexible with work hours

Must be able to speak in Arabic, English, Hindi. Other languages are an added advantage

Must have knowledge about market trends and satisfy customer with job performance.

Ability to sell not just repairing related stuff, but also accessories, devices and so on

The responsibilities of the individual will be as follows:

Provide estimation and quotes to customers

Maintain a positive working environment

Maintain and use repair tools and equipment

Quality check before and after repairs and ensuring devices are fully functioning

Arranging spare parts from suppliers
