Job Title: Milling Machine OperatorLocation: Abu DhabiExperience: Minimum 2 YearsSalary: 55,000 AED per monthJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining milling machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in production processes.Main Responsibilities:Operate and monitor milling machines to produce precision components based on technical drawings and specifications.Set up, adjust, and align the machine settings for optimal performance.Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality and design standards.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain machine efficiency.Interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for different materials.Maintain records of production runs and machine performance.Follow all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and achieve operational targets.Report any equipment malfunctions or deviations from standards to the supervisor.Essential Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience operating milling machines.Knowledge of CNC and manual milling machines is an advantage.Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.Skills Required:Strong understanding of machining techniques and principles.Proficiency in using measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.Attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality.Good physical stamina to stand and operate machinery for extended periods.Strong organizational and time management skills.
