Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft D365 CRM Technical Consultant with 5-7 years of technical experience to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions that enhance business processes and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Design and implement plugins, web services, and console applications to enhance CRM functionality.
- Utilize jQuery, CSS, and FetchXML to optimize front-end and back-end CRM operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft D365 CRM.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored CRM solutions.
- Maintain documentation and provide technical support as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-7 years of technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Strong proficiency in Plugins, Web Services, and Console Apps development.
- Hands-on experience with jQuery, CSS, and FetchXML.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications.
- Experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
- Exposure to Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
