META Regional Process & Projects Mngr The purpose of the role is to manage and optimize the credit and collection activities of the market organization with the local team by utilizing best practice processes and systems and applying the credit and collection policy. The role involves execution and improvement cycles for the Internal Control System, identifying opportunities and risks, and developing and leading a high-performing diverse team. The job holder is responsible for all aspects of the Credit and Collection function, including developing and implementing credit and collections policies.

What you need is



Strong English communication skills
Strong track-record as a top-performer who consistently meets and exceeds goals
Experience in working in international and matrix environments
Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional team members (local and international), and management at all levels within the organization
We are looking for someone with:
1. Develop and implement state of the art credit and collection policies and processes.
2. Lead ICS (Internal Control System) controls & creation of clear remediation plans. Champion process improvement for the Credit & Collection team and overall for Finance.
3. Strong IT affinity to support in testing and rollout of improved SAP modules and champion in leading a strategy of digitalization, automation & CIP (continuous improvement process).
4. Strong analytical skills to actively identify opportunities & risks from internal data paired with a good understanding of market developments.
5. Balance risks and opportunities when assessing customer needs and the company’s risk exposure. Sees the end to end process and makes decisions based on the big picture beyond own function with thorough assessment of business impact internally and externally.
6. Drive credit & collection function toward value adding services for our customers. Strong passion for customers and able to solve complex problems in direct contact via phone and onsite visits
7. Communicate effectively and manage change to successfully implement C&C (Credit & Collection) standards in Finance and Sales Teams by deploying a dedicated training & communication strategy.
8. Define clear targets for your departments and team members and break it down in tangible initiatives and actions.
9. Be a business partner to other team leaders (especially ASMs) and actively influence them to achieve a successful implementation of our credit strategy.
10. Lead successfully your team and develop talents for your own succession and for other finance functions, incl. regional/global process manager roles. Keep on developing her/himself constantly.
