JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the position is to manage and support a team of Merchandisers and Shelf Stackers across the company&rsquo s customer base ensuring all deadlines, inventory requirement and customer orders are completed in a timely manner. The role also entails monitoring the Merchandising team activities to support the company&rsquo s brand strategy to achieve the annual objectives.
 
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIs
- Implement brand strategies to increase market share and achieve business goals.
- Overseeing, planning and implementation of overall merchandising operations across the outlets.
- Drafting journey plans for merchandisers in collaboration with sales team.
- Create and plan eye-catching store layouts and displays that showcase the brand to attract customers as per visual merchandising process.
- Ensure full implementation of BDA visibility plans & product launches.
- Ensure merchandising plan of all NPD&rsquo s are properly executed.
- Coordinate with Marketing team for the execution of ongoing promotional activities.
- Review the monthly sales report and ensure brands are performing positively vs LY and vs budget.
- Conduct merchandising fundamental training sessions.
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with the team for progress and achieving business results.
 
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 - 5 years of experience or above in merchandising or retail management
- Bachelor&rsquo s degree holder or relevant experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software
