Company DescriptionArabian Ethicals was established in 1977 to service the pharmaceutical industry as an agent for the management, storage, and distribution of manufacturers’ brands to both the private and governmental sectors.Today, Arabian Ethicals has grown into one of the leading healthcare distributor in UAE, distributing 50 brands across its pharmaceutical core business, animal health, and consumer division.Job DescriptionSales Responsibilities:Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to customers.Build and maintain relationships with key customers to enhance repeat business.Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.Merchandising:Ensure products are displayed attractively and according to company standards.Implement promotional activities and ensure proper shelf placement for maximum visibility.Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) to minimize product returns due to expirations.Payment Collection:Collect payments from customers as per agreed payment terms.Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.Maintain accurate records of payments and coordinate with the finance team.Customer Relationship Management:Develop strong relationships with retail staff and managers to ensure smooth sales and merchandising operations.Address any customer queries or issues in a professional manner.Reporting:Provide regular updates on sales performance, merchandising, and payment collections.Highlight any challenges or opportunities in the market to the sales manager.provide insights into the actions, strategies, and market presence of competitors.Common Key Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Basic understanding of payment collection processes.QualificationsUniversity Degree in any discipline.Additional InformationMedical Insurance and Fix Annual Airfare Allowance
