Black & Grey HR is recruiting an MEP Technician - Plumbing Specialist to join our client’s team in the luxury building materials industry in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a skilled professional with proven expertise in MEP systems, with a primary focus on plumbing. The ideal candidate should have a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, along with the technical knowledge required to excel in the role.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems with a focus on plumbing.
- Perform routine inspections and testing to ensure system functionality and safety.
- Interpret and apply engineering drawings and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plumbing and other MEP components.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers on project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Document and report on work progress and issues encountered.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- 1-2 years of experience in MEP systems or plumbing is preferred (fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Solid understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.
