About the job MEP Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate MEP works at the project site, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and quality requirements.Manage and guide a team of technicians and subcontractors to achieve project goals.Prepare daily progress reports and update project managers on MEP activities.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during project execution.Monitor materials and equipment usage, ensuring efficient allocation and minimal wastage.Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and avoid delays.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 8 years in MEP supervision, preferably within the UAE.Nationality: Indian / Filipino / Nepali candidates preferred.Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.Strong knowledge of MEP systems, industry codes, and safety standards.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple tasks effectively.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
