Coordinate and oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and schedules.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and streamline workflow.
Monitor and inspect MEP installations, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
Facilitate coordination between MEP and other trades to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.
Review drawings, specifications, and material submittals, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Attend site meetings, prepare progress reports, and update stakeholders on work status.
Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Address site challenges, propose solutions, and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
KEY QUALIFICATION:
Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP coordination within GCC contracting companies, preferably in the UAE.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, installation procedures, and project execution.
Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools.
Arabic-speaking candidate preferred.
Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
