Job Description

Job Title: MEP Quantity Surveyor

Purpose:

As an MEP Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a crucial role in our projects, ensuring precise and effective cost management for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Your expertise will help us plan, coordinate, and implement MEP cost pans efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for MEP systems, ensuring all project requirements are accurately reflected.
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis and implement cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and manage project variations, change orders, and claims, ensuring they are documented and processed correctly.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate quantity take-offs and measurements.
  • Assess subcontractor bids, prepare bid documentation, and assist in selecting the most suitable subcontractors.
  • Monitor project expenditures regularly and provide comprehensive financial reports.
  • Ensure all work complies with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Assist in the preparation and negotiation of final accounts to ensure all financial matters are settled appropriately.
