Join us and let’s get started.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Manager - Infrastructure to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for a large-scale infrastructure project.Manage the design, coordination, and implementation of MEP systems for complex infrastructure projectsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, structural engineers, and contractorsEnsure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standardsConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for MEP-related issuesReview and approve MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittalsCoordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are metImplement and maintain quality control processes for all MEP worksMentor and develop junior engineers and team membersStay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in MEP systems for infrastructure projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing EngineeringMinimum 15 years of experience in MEP engineering for infrastructure projectsProven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of MEP systems design, coordination, and implementationProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant softwareExperience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)Excellent project management skills, including contract management and budget controlStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and leadership skillsFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAEProfessional Engineering (PE) license preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAdditional Information#LI-SF1About AECOMAECOM is the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
