Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer to manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for high-rise building construction. The ideal candidate should be able to lead MEP design review, coordinate installations, and ensure that systems are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage MEP works on high-rise building sites.


  • Prepare MEP shop drawings, load schedules, and equipment layouts.


  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and main contractor.


  • Ensure work is carried out as per design, technical specs, and safety standards.


  • Review and approve materials and equipment for compliance.


  • Oversee MEP subcontractors and ensure timely execution of tasks.


  • Attend site meetings and resolve MEP issues.


  • Prepare progress reports and update project management teams.


  • Ensure integration between civil, MEP, and finishing activities.


  • Conduct site inspections and commissioning of MEP systems.


  • Implement value engineering where applicable.


  • Ensure energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP for high-rise construction in the UAE.


  • Knowledge of UAE codes (DEWA, ADDC, DCD, etc.).


  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and project management software.


  • Strong communication and coordination skills.


  • Valid UAE Driving License required
