Job Description
- Assist in managing and supervising MEP works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Work closely with civil and architectural teams to ensure proper integration of MEP systems.
- Review and verify MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to support timely execution.
- Ensure MEP works meet industry standards, safety regulations, and local authority guidelines.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of installed MEP systems before handover.
- Identify and report technical issues, seeking guidance when needed.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day site challenges related to MEP works.
- Ensure materials and equipment are available as per project schedules.
- Keep accurate records of progress, site issues, and material usage.
- Follow site safety procedures and encourage compliance among subcontractors.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents to site management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in MEP execution, preferably in a tier 1 construction company.
- Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office is an advantage.
- Able to work independently while being open to learning and guidance.
- Adaptable, and strong attention to detail
- Good English communication skills
- Candidate must be readily available.
