Job Summary
Our Client provides comprehensive Facilities Management services, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, reliable maintenance solutions. Job Description:
Provide technical advice regarding design, operation modifications if required
Plane and prepare the PM and CM schedules and technical reports
Do inspections and offer quotations for the required electromechanical works and task orders
Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs.
Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
Monitor work quality with advising for performance improvement
Conduct on-job training sessions for the technical staff as planned
Ensure all staff apply safety rules and regulations
Develop stock of spare parts and observe the warehouse stock
Manage and supervise contractors’ activities & contractors
Develop financial budget and follow up monthly expenses
Monitor work quality and advise for improving performance
Develop the on-job training plan for the technical team
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 2-6 years experience in Mechanical Engineering especially in Maintenance.
English Language – Spoken and written
Hands-on experience in operations & maintenance of various systems like Firefighting, HVAC, plumbing, Water, sewage, and other mechanical tools, equipment, and practices.
Experience in Facilities Management (FM) industry is Must.
