Responsibleto assist operational teams in planning, organising, directing and supervisingthe works in the appropriate operational departments to ensure smooth operationof all Mechanical & Electrical installations and associated equipment andthat all equipment is maintained to highest achievable standard with minimumdown time.
§Follow up the daily operation withthe supervisors, charge hands and closing work orders.
§Assisting and completing the worksgiven by the Facilities Manager.
§In charge of the day-to-daypreventative and corrective maintenance.
§Perform inspection and evaluation ofsystems and structures for the facilities as well as Snagging and DE snagging.
§Familiar with the relevant MEPinternational codes and standards.
§Outsource the quotations for thespecial skilled work and have negotiation skills with external contractors.
§Liaising with clients for thefeedback of the quality of service.
§Coordinate with main office forproper planning of PM schedules with respect to resources.
§Site visits, supervise the projectsby third party contractors and check the quality of jobs.
§Assist in preparing the Monthlyreport.
§Checking the maintenance costs,maintenance tools, materials in store and equipment.
§Carry out the engineering duties inplanning and overseeing maintenance of building MEP works.
§Make sure that company policy andregulations, health & safety plans at site work are implemented.
Education/Qualifications
Skills/Competencies/ Experience
§7- 9 years relevant experience.
§UAELight Vehicle Driving Licence is preferred.
