MEP Engineer

A dynamic and fast-growing company is seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to join its team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and a proven ability to manage and coordinate complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review MEP design drawings for compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Prepare and manage project scopes for MEP works, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of MEP systems, including firefighting, fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing, and combined services networks.
• Work independently to monitor and control various MEP projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Familiarize with authority requirements such as SEWA/DEWA and Civil Defense.
• Utilize computer applications to read AutoCAD, review engineering drawings, and assess basic estimation requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports to assist management in making informed decisions.
• Contribute to budgetary cost estimation and scope of work for future projects.
• Possess experience in MEP works related to civil and infrastructure projects.
• Inspect MEP installations before and after the issuance of operation permits for minor industries and plants.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications to review and approve online requests.
• Ensure proper documentation of all activities, working collaboratively with other team members.
• Establish necessary job schedules as required.
• Effectively coordinate with team members, other organizations, and relevant authorities.
