MEP CAD DRAFTMAN - UNDERGROUND UTILITIES

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings in compliance with project requirements.
• Develop layouts for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Incorporate revisions based on consultant and contractor feedback.
• Work on underground utilities, infrastructure layouts, and coordination drawings.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and drawing records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations.
  

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of BIM modeling experience with a focus on Interior Design.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE construction companies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for MEP drafting.
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings and coordination drawings.
• Experience in underground utility works is mandatory.
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately
