Job Description

Qualifications


- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Mechanical & Electrical.

- Must be ready to join immediately.

- Salary is negotiable for the right candidates.

- Only for candidates available in UAE.


Requirements


  • Perform mechanical calculations for HVAC, plumping and Fire Fighting and ensure that the design meets 

all technical requirements.

  • Utilize BIM modeling and CAD drafting tools (Revit MEP, AutoCAD) to create and manage detailed 3D 

MEP models for building projects.

  • Generation and Preparation of design reports, calculations sheets & bill of quantities for MEP designed 

systems.

  • Deliver detailed and accurate documentation packages including drawings, reports and schedules.
  • Conduct the clash detection and coordination of MEP services On Revit and Navisworks.





Skills

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP BIM Modeler located in Dubai. The MEP BIM Modeler will be responsible for utilizing 4D BIM for clash-free scheduling and time-related information, and 5D BIM for accurate cost forecasts and automated quantity take-offs.
